Mixte between typical breton dance and typical polish dance !!!! : Depuis mon arrivée à Rzeszow , je vais une à deux fois par mois dans un Dare care center ( centre qui accueille les enfants après l'école) pour l'aide aux devoirs et participation à des jeux avec les enfants. Ils ont de 7 à 15 ans . Avec Kasia , on a préparé plusieurs activités. La première était une présentation sur la culture française ( photos montage avec musique ( Merzhin que j'ai choisi) , power point sur la culture française, un quizz, cuisine d'un far breton, chanson, danse folklorique .... ) L'intérêt étant de casser les stéréotypes sur les français qui mangent tous les jours des grenouilles , des truffes et des escargots !!!! Par contre c'est vrai que l'on a tendance à manger beaucoup de choses sucrées ( surtout petit déjeuner) si on compare par rapport à la Pologne et d'autres Pays Européens. Je peux dire de cette expérience que les enfants polonais se motivent très vite par différents jeux et sont très intéressés à apprendre des anecdotes sur la culture française. C'est pas toujours facile de communiquer mais ils sont spontanés donc ça se passe bien. Une des petites filles ne se met pas du tout de barrières pour communiquer et me parlent en polonais en pensant que je comprend tout , c'est assez marrant comme situation !!! L'échange de culture est vraiment très intéressant au day care center .
Since my arrival in Rzeszow, I am going once or twice a month in a Dare care center (which welcomes children after school) for help with homework and attendance at games with children. They have 7 to 15 years old. With Kasia, we have prepared several activities about presentation on French culture (photo montage with music (Merzhin I chose), power point on French culture, a quiz, cooking of a breton cake song, dance ....) The interest is to break stereotypes of french who eat all day frogs, truffles and snails!!!!! By against it is true that we tend to eat much sweet (especially breakfast) if you compare with Poland and other European countries. I can say from this experience that Polish children are motived very quickly by various games and are very interested to learn stories about French culture. It's not always easy to communicate but they are spontaneous so it goes well. One of the little girls doesn't have some boarders to communicate and speak in Polish with me like thinking that I can understand everything, it's quite as funny situation ! The exchange of culture is really interesting in Day care center.

All the Volunteers ready for the Food Collection and Promotion EVS : Le week end du 6 au 9 mars dernier , une vingtaine de volontaires EVS sont venus à Rzeszow pour participer à une grande collecte de nourritures à l'occasion du prochain week end de Pâques. Ce week end a été l'occasion de combiner deux choses: les retrouvailles de volontaires pour promouvoir le SVE et la participation à la collecte. La collecte de nourriture consistait, comme on le sait déjà, à sensibiliser les clients des magasins à donner de la nourritures autrement dit distribution de tracs et attente derrière les caddies accompagnés pour la plupart d'entre nous de notre drapeau national pour attirer la curiosité des Habitants de Rzeszow. C'était l'occasion de partager une action de solidarité tous ensemble avec le sourire. L'autre partie de ce week end consistait à promouvoir le SVE c'est à dire interview télévisées , rencontre avec des lycéens dans les écoles. Très intéressant mais peut etre un peu trop court en ce qui concerne les échanges avec les lycéens pour parler chacun de notre projet SVE. Et autre chose utile dans le week end , la découverte de la région ( Lancut et son magnifique Palace, la Mairie de Rzeszow, le Rynek ... et ses bars bien sur pour sortir le soir afin de déguster les bières et la vodka locales...) Très bon week end combiné en deux objectifs : action de solidarité et meeting de Volontaires SVE. Merci à Rzeszow et aux organismes qui ont initiés ce projet quelque fois compliqué dans son organisation mais très enrichissant...
The week end of the 6 and 9 th of March , about twenty volunteers came to EVS Rzeszow to participate for a big collection of foods before the beginning of the Easter weekend. This weekend was an opportunity to combine two things: the reunion of volunteers to promote EVS and participation in the collect of Food. The collection of food consisted , as we are already known, to raise awareness among customers of the stores to provide the food that is distributing leaflets and waiting behind the trolleys together with our national flag to attract the curiosity of Inhabitants of Rzeszow. It was an opportunity to share solidarity activities together with a smile. The other part of this weekend was to promote EVS with television interview, meeting with students in schools. Very interesting, but may be a little too short with regard to trade with high school students to talk about our EVS project. And something else useful in the weekend, the discovery of the region (and its wonderful Lancut Palace, the Municipality of Rzeszow, the Rynek , and of course bars in Rzeszow to go out at night to taste the beer and vodka locales. .. Very good weekend combined with two objectives: solidarity action and meeting Volunteers EVS. Thanks to Rzeszow and organizations that have initiated this project sometimes complicated in its organization, but very rewarding ...
